La Cordée offers a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If, for a valid reason, you deem that a product purchased from La Cordée does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days to return it, either unused or cleaned, with proof of purchase and the original packaging, for repair, exchange, credit or refund.

Beyond this 30-day period, the manufacturer's standard guarantee covering manufacturing defects applies.

This guarantee does not cover misuse, accidental breaks or normal wear. Safety equipment, bikes, boats, skis, bathing suits, GPS, software and underwear cannot be returned.

Socks, cycling shorts, helmets (whether for cycling, climbing, kayaking or skiing), water filters, books and topographical maps can be exchanged or refunded only if they are unused, with the original packaging.
